These terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the Icons App (the " App ") owned and operated by Icons Digital Solutions AB (the "Company").
This text is addressed to everyone who has downloaded our app. Please read these terms of use carefully. If you are a guardian and read our terms of use, we would like you to explain the terms to the user. By installing the App, registering as a user of the Services, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use.
1. Use of the App
The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only and you agree not to use the App for any commercial or business purpose.
2. Registering an account
To use the functions in the app, you must register an account. When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and you agree not to transfer your account or your account information to anyone else. For children under 13, we require the guardian's approval before an account can be created in the app. This is done by providing an email address or telephone number for the guardian in the app so that the person concerned will then have the terms of use sent to them for approval.
3. Further account registration to create an account, you need to enter an email address and a password. When the account is created, you will enter information about yourself in various steps. Name, year of birth, club affiliation and a photo of you (optional)
4. In the app, you are asked to make your own self-assessments. How fast do you run, how many push-ups can you do, how good a passer are you, etc. An important part of ICONS is creating a complete ICONS card. You get this by asking people (e.g., friends, family, coaches) in your phone book via SMS. You can also ask other users in the app to rate you. The purpose of these requests is for the people who receive your request to give you feedback on your football characteristics (e.g., passing game, game understanding, speed, etc.). Your ICONS card will only be complete when you have received feedback from the people
you sent the request to. The card then changes every time you or someone else chooses to
rate you (always after a request from you) based on an algorithm.
5. The importance of personal commitment. In order for your ICONS card to follow your development, it is important that you enter statistics from your games (e.g., goals, passes, assists, saves, etc.) The statistics are an important parameter to be able to develop your rating and analyze your football skills.
6. AI videos, videos and images. In the app , you can upload your own videos and images with highlights of yourself and AI videos that allow you to measure how hard you shoot using only your mobile camera. You can always choose whether to make these videos/images visible only to friends or to all users of the app .
7. Honesty is important. The app is meant to be fun and bring joy, but it also gives you the opportunity to develop as a football player by understanding what you need to practice. For this to work, you need to be honest in your self-assessments and when you enter statistics from your games. We can identify users who lie about their achievements or team up with friends to rate each other as high as possible. Honesty lasts the longest and if you want to become a better football player, it is also a prerequisite.
8. There will be Advertising and marketing in the app.
9. Football news. You will find a news feed that is daily updated with the most current news from the world of football.
10. Rules of conduct We at ICONS attach great importance to everyone who uses our app having a pleasant experience and treating other users in the app in a respectful manner. We do not tolerate any form of bullying, harassment or behavior that can be disruptive to other users of the app. We always have the right to terminate the user accounts of those who violate these rules.
11. Deletion of account You can delete your account at any time and with that all data registered on your ICONS card will also disappear.
12. Personal data management: How do we collect personal data and what is it used for? The personal data will only be processed by ICONS (the company), but external consultants may also need to handle this data during further development of the app. All external consultants we work with have signed a Personal Data Protection Agreement. All data we handle is stored in Amazon Web Services.
13. Use of the App
You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unethical purpose. You further agree not to interfere with, interrupt, damage or otherwise interfere with the operation of the App, system or network. The Company has the right to take appropriate action, including terminating your account, if you violate these Terms or otherwise misuse the App.
14. Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights in and to the app belong to the Company or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of the App or any part of it without Company's written consent.
15. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without any guarantees or assurances of any kind. The company is not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur through the use of the app.
16. Violation of Terms
Violation of any of the above points may result in your account being suspended. Serious crimes may lead to a police report or other legal action.
17. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the App after changes have been made, you agree to the new terms. The company will inform you of major changes through a notice in the app or via email. 18. Applicable law Swedish law shall be applied in the interpretation of these terms and conditions.
Dessa användarvillkor ("Villkoren") reglerar användningen av Appen Icons ("Appen") som ägs och drivs av Icons Digital Solutions AB ("Företaget").
Denna text vänder sig till alla som har laddat ner vår app. Läs igenom dessa användarvillkor noga. Är du målsman och läser våra användarvillkor ser vi gärna att du förklarar villkoren för användaren. Genom att installera appen, registrerar dig som användare av tjänsterna eller på annat sätt använder tjänsterna, bekräftar du att du har läst, förstått och accepterat dessa användarvillkor.
1. Användning av Appen
Appen tillhandahålls endast för personligt, icke-kommersiellt bruk och du godkänner att inte använda appen för något kommersiellt eller affärsmässigt syfte.
2. Registrering av konto
För att kunna använda funktionerna i appen krävs att du registrerar ett konto. När du registrerar ett konto godkänner du att tillhandahålla korrekt och fullständig information samt att hålla din kontoinformation uppdaterad. Du är själv ansvarig för att upprätthålla sekretessen för din kontoinformation och du godkänner att inte överföra ditt konto eller din kontoinformation till någon annan. För barn under 13 år kräver vi målsmans godkännande innan konto kan skapas i appen. Detta sker genom att en mailadress eller telefonnummer till målsman uppges i appen för att vederbörande därefter ska få användarvillkor skickade till sig för godkännande.
3. Vidare registrering av konto För att kunna skapa ett konto behöver du ange en mailadress och ett lösenord. När kontot är skapat kommer du i olika steg skriva in uppgifter om dig själv. Namn, födelseår, klubbtillhörighet och ett foto på dig (valfritt)
4. I appen ombeds du göra egna självskattningar. Hur snabbt springer du, hur många armhävningar kan du göra, hur duktig passningsspelare är du etc. En viktig del i ICONS är att skapa ett fullständigt ICONS kort. Detta får du genom att fråga personer (ex vänner, familj, tränare) i din telefonbok via sms. Du kan även be andra användare i appen att rata/betygsätta dig. Syftet med dessa förfrågningar är att de personer som mottar din förfrågan ska ge dig feedback på dina fotbollsegenskaper (ex passningsspel, spelförståelse, snabbhet mm). Ditt ICONS kort blir fullständigt först när du fått feedback från de personer du skickat förfrågan till. Kortet ändras därefter varje gång du själv eller någon annan väljer att rata dig (alltid efter en begäran av dig) baserat på en algoritm.
5. Vikten av eget engagemang. För att ditt ICONS kort skall följa din utveckling är det viktigt att du lägger in statistik från dina matcher (ex mål, passningar, assist, räddningar mm) Statistiken är en viktig parameter för att kunna utveckla sin rating och analysera sina fotbollskunskaper.
6. AI videos, videos och bilder. Du kan i appen ladda upp egna videos och bilder med höjdpunkter på dig själv samt AI-videos som gör att du kan mäta hur hårt du skjuter endast med hjälp av din mobilkamera. Du kan alltid välja om du ska göra dessa videos/bilder synliga enbart för vänner eller för alla användare i appen.
7. Ärlighet är viktigt. Appen är tänkt att vara kul och ge glädje men den ger dig även möjlighet att utvecklas som fotbollsspelare genom att förstå vad du behöver träna på. För att detta skall fungera krävs det att du är ärlig i dina självskattningar och när du anger statistik från matcher. Vi kan identifiera användare som ljuger om sina prestationer eller går samman med vänner för att rata varandra så högt som möjligt. Ärlighet varar längst och om du vill bli en bättre fotbollsspelare är det även en förutsättning.
8. Annonsering och reklam I appen kommer det att finnas reklam och annonser.
9. Fotbollsnyheter Appen har ett nyhetsflöde som uppdateras dagligen med de mest aktuella nyheterna från fotbollsvärlden.
10. Regler om uppförande Vi på ICONS lägger stor vikt vid att alla som använder vår app ska ha en trevlig upplevelse och behandla andra användare i appen på ett respektfullt sätt. Vi tolererar inte någon form av mobbning, trakasserier eller beteende som kan förstöra för andra användare i appen. Vi har alltid rätt att avsluta användarkonton för de som bryter mot dessa regler.
11. Radering av konto Du kan närsomhelst radera ditt konto och med det försvinner även all data som registrerats på ditt ICONS-kort.
12. Personuppgiftshantering; Hur samlar vi in personuppgifter och vad används de till? Personuppgifterna kommer enbart behandlas av ICONS (företaget) men även externa konsulter kan behöva hantera dessa uppgifter vid vidareutveckling av appen. Alla externa konsulter vi samarbetar med har skrivit på ett Personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal. All data vi hanterar lagras i Amazon Web Services.
13. Användningen av Appen
Du godkänner att inte använda appen för något olagligt eller oetiskt syfte. Vidare godkänner du att inte störa, avbryta, skada eller på annat sätt ingripa i appens funktion, system eller nätverk. Företaget har rätt att vidta lämpliga åtgärder, inklusive att stänga av ditt konto, om du bryter mot dessa villkor eller på annat sätt missbruk ar appen.
14. Immateriella rättigheter
Alla immateriella rättigheter i och till appen tillhör Företaget eller dess licensgivare. Du godkänner att inte kopiera, ändra, distribuera eller skapa härledda verk av appen eller någon del av den utan Företagets skriftliga samtycke.
15. Ansvarsfriskrivning
Appen tillhandahålls "som den är" utan några garantier eller försäkringar av något slag. Företaget ansvarar inte för några skador eller förluster som kan uppstå genom användningen av appen.
16. Brott mot villkoren
Brott mot någon av ovanstående punkter kan resultera i att ditt konto blir suspenderat. Allvarliga brott kan föranleda polisanmälan eller andra rättsliga åtgärder.
17. Ändringar av villkoren
Företaget förbehåller sig rätten att ändra dessa villkor när som helst. Genom att fortsätta använda appen efter att ändringar har gjorts godkänner du de nya villkoren. Företaget kommer att informera dig om större ändringar genom notis i appen eller via mailutskick. 18. Tillämplig lag Svensk lag skall tillämpas i tolkningen av dessa villkor
