ICONS (the app ) is an app operated by the company ICONS Digital Solutions AB (the company). The company is the personal data controller for the processing of your personal data in the app.
An important part of the app is creating an ICONS card. The ICONS card is created by you and your friends evaluating each other's football skills. Either by inviting friends from your contact list in the mobile to give you feedback or by inviting your own friends in the app to do the same. The people who have created an account in the app can also invite you to receive feedback from you as well.
In the app, you can also upload images and videos when you practice shots to measure how hard you shoot. You can share these images and videos with your friends in the app or make them viewable for all users in the app. The people who can see a image/video can like and comment on them.
You can also upload other videos with highlights from when you play or practice (e.g., dribbling, goals, saves, etc.). You can also choose to show these to your friends or post them in the public feed.
In order for your ICONS card to follow your progress, it is important that you enter statistics from your games. The statistics are an important parameter to be able to develop your rating and analyze your football skills.
In order to help you create an ICONS card, we need to process the information about yourself that you post in the app. Our commitment to you when you use the app is to enable you to create the ICONS card, and in order to fulfill that commitment, we need to process your personal data. It is called that we need to process your data to fulfill our part of the agreement between us.
The ability to share images/videos with others and the communication with others in the app also requires that you share personal data. This is entirely on your initiative, and you can delete or stop sharing a image/video at any time. You thereby agree that your images/videos and your comments can be seen by others in the app when you choose to share an image/video, like or comment on someone else's post.
Currently, it is not possible to delete uploaded games or comments. Contact us at the company if you want to delete games or comments.
As administrators in the app, we who work at the company can access your data in the app. You can get in touch with us at the following email address: shoot@iconsfootball.com
Your friends in the app will also be able to see your ICONS card and the images/videos you share with them. They will also be able to see when you have commented or reacted to their posts.
If you choose to share your posts publicly, all users in the app will be able to see your posts and comment on them.
If you choose to comment on a public post, all users will be able to see it.
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a platform to host, store and process data created in the app. American law requires all cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, etc.) that the information they manage for their customers must be made available to the American government upon request. It is therefore possible for AWS to take part in data uploaded in the app.
Transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU/EES (European Economic Area)
In order for us to be able to fulfill our obligations to you in connection with your entering into an agreement with us to use the app, we have chosen Amazon, which is one of the world's most used cloud providers.
The information you agree to share in the app may also be transferred to the United States. This may mean that US authorities may request to obtain this information. It is unlikely that US authorities would be interested in the data contained in your ICONS card, but you need to be aware of the risk. In summary, there are several different systems that American authorities can use to obtain information from American companies. On the one hand, they have the opportunity to directly gain access to all information that comes to the United States from abroad, and on the other hand, they have the opportunity to request that American companies share information that is stored with them, regardless of where the information is stored in the world. We at the company cannot therefore say for sure that your data will not be shared with American authorities.
As long as you use the app, your data will remain in the app . If you do not use the app for six months, you will receive a notice that you have been inactive, and your account will be deleted in one month.
You have the right to know which personal data about you we process. You can always contact us and get access to this personal data in the form of a register extract that states the purpose, categories of personal data, categories of recipients, storage periods, where we got the personal data from and whether there is any automated decision-making based on the personal data. Keep in mind that if you request access, we may request additional information to ensure efficient handling and that the personal data is provided to the right person.
If personal data about you that we process is incorrect, you have the right to request to have them corrected. Within the scope of the stated purpose, you also have the right to complete any incomplete personal data. Keep in mind that you will be able to change most of your personal data directly within the app.
You can delete your data at any time by deleting your account. Your personal data is also automatically deleted if you are inactive in the service for more than 6 months. Please send an email with title "Delete my accountdetails" with the same email you've registered on the icons app and thereason for the deletion of your data to the following email address accounts@iconsfootball.com.
If for some reason you want us to limit the processing of your data, i.e. keep it without doing anything else with it, instead of deleting it according to the previous point, please contact us at: shoot@iconsfootball.com

ICONS (appen) är en app som drivs av bolaget ICONS Digital Solutions AB (bolaget). Bolaget är personuppgiftsansvarig för behandlingen av dina personuppgifter i appen.
En viktig del av appen är att skap ett ICONS-kort. ICONS-kortet skapas genom att du och dina vänner utvärderar varandras fotbollsegenskaper. Antingen genom att du bjuder in vänner från din kontaktlista i mobilen för att ge dig feedback eller att du bjuder in egna vänner i appen att göra samma sak. De personer som har skapat ett konto i appen kan även bjuda in dig för att ta emot feedback från dig också.
I appen kan du också ladda upp bilder/videos när du övar på skott för att mäta hur hårt du skjuter. Du kan dela dessa bilder och videos med dina vänner i appen eller göra dessa möjliga att se för alla användare i appen. De personer som kan se en bild eller video kan ge en like och kommentera på dessa.
Du kan även ladda upp andra videos med höjdpunkter från när du spelar eller tränar (ex dribblingar, mål, räddningar etc). Även dessa kan du välja att visa för dina vänner eller lägga upp i det publika flödet.
För att ditt ICONS kort skall följa din utveckling är det viktigt att du lägger in statistik från dina matcher. Statistiken är en viktig parameter för att kunna utveckla sin rating och analysera sina fotbollskunskaper.
För att kunna hjälpa dig skapa ett ICONS-kort behöver vi behandla de uppgifter om dig själv som du lägger upp i appen. Vårt åtagande mot dig när du använder appen är alltså att göra det möjligt för dig att skapa ICONS-kortet, och för att kunna uppfylla det åtagandet så behöver vi behandla dina personuppgifter. Det kallas att vi behöver behandla dina uppgifter för att fullgöra vår del i avtalet mellan oss.
Möjligheten att dela bilder/videos med andra och kommunikationen med andra i appen kräver även det att du delar personuppgifter. Detta sker helt och hållet på ditt initiativ, och du kan närsomhelst radera eller sluta dela en bild/video. Du samtycker därmed till att din bild/video och dina kommentarer kan ses av andra i appen när du väljer att dela en dessa, ge en like eller göra en kommentar på någon annans inlägg.
I dagsläget är det inte möjligt att radera uppladdade matcher eller kommentarer. Kontakta oss på bolaget om du vill ha hjälp med att radera matcher (matchresultat) eller kommentarer.

Dina vänner i appen kommer även att kunna se ditt ICONS-kort och de videos du delar med dem. De kommer även att kunna se när du har kommenterat eller reagerat på deras inlägg.
Om du väljer att dela dina inlägg publikt så kommer alla användare i appen kunna se dina inlägg och kommentera på dem.
Om du väljer att kommentera på ett publikt inlägg kommer alla användare kunna se det.
Vi använder oss av Amazon Web Services (AWS) som plattform för att hosta, samt lagra och bearbeta data som skapas i appen. Amerikansk lag kräver av alla molnleverantörer (ex AWS, Microsoft mfl) att den information de hanterar för sina kunder skalla kunna göras tillgänglig för den amerikanska staten vid begäran. Det är därför möjligt för AWS att ta del av uppgifter som laddas upp i appen.
För att vi ska kunna fullgöra våra åtaganden mot dig i samband med att du ingår avtal med oss för att använda appen, har vi valt Amazon som är en av världens mest använda molnleverantör.
Den information du samtycker till att dela i appen kommer även den möjligen att överföras till USA. Detta kan innebära att amerikanska myndigheter kan begära att få ut dessa uppgifter. Det är osannolikt att amerikanska myndigheter skulle vara intresserade av uppgifterna som finns i ditt ICONS-kort, men du behöver vara medveten om risken. Sammanfattningsvis finns det flera olika system som amerikanska myndigheter kan använda sig av för att ta del av uppgifter från amerikanska bolag. Dels har de möjlighet att direkt få tillgång till all information som kommer till USA från utlandet, dels har de möjlighet att begära att amerikanska bolag ska dela med sig av information som sparas hos dem oavsett var informationen sparas i världen. Vi på bolaget kan därför inte säga säkert att dina uppgifter inte kommer att delas med amerikanska myndigheter.
Så länge du använder appen kommer dina uppgifter finnas kvar i appen. Om du inte använder appen på sex månader kommer du få en notis om att du varit inaktiv och att ditt konto kommer att raderas om en månad.
Du har rätt att få veta vilka personuppgifter om dig som vi behandlar. Du kan alltid kontakta oss och få tillgång till dessa personuppgifter i form av ett registerutdrag som anger ändamål, kategorier av personuppgifter, kategorier av mottagare, lagringsperioder, vart vi fått personuppgifterna från och huruvida det förekommer något automatiserat beslutsfattande baserat på personuppgifterna. Tänk på att om du begär tillgång så kan vi komma att begära ytterligare uppgifter för att säkerställa en effektiv hantering och att personuppgifterna lämnas till rätt person.
Om personuppgifter om dig som vi behandlar är felaktiga har du rätt att begära att få dem rättade. Inom ramen för det angivna ändamålet har du också rätt att komplettera eventuella ofullständiga personuppgifter. Tänk på att du själv kommer att kunna ändra de flesta av dina personuppgifter direkt inne i appen.
Du kan närsomhelst radera dina uppgifter genom att radera ditt konto. Dina personuppgifter raderas också automatiskt om du är inaktiv i tjänsten i mer än 6 månader. Skicka ett e-postmeddelande med titeln "Ta bort mina kontouppgifter" med samma e-postadress som du har registrerat i ICONS-appen och anledningen till raderingen av dina uppgifter till följande e-postadress accounts@iconsfootball.com.
Om du av någon anledning vill att vi ska begränsa behandlingen av dina uppgifter, DVS bevara dem utan att göra något annat med dem, istället för att radera dem enligt förra punkten så ber vi dig kontakta oss på: shoot@iconsfootball.com
